We target and recruit a diverse candidate pool of outstanding educational leaders worldwide—whether or not they are actively seeking a new position—who match the profile of your ideal candidate, the “right candidate” for your school. We look for candidates who have done excellent work … but not their best work yet.
Assessment
We are tenacious with ours, and your, due diligence in candidate assessment, starting with comprehensive personal, behavioral, and competency-based interviews. We provide the Search Committee with an assessment of a candidate’s track record, knowledge, abilities, and potential.

Transition
We plan with you and help implement an onboarding and transition process that leads to a long and successful tenure for your new head of school. Our comprehensive transition planning covers everything from the gracious touches for the arrival of the new head and his/her family to goal setting, evaluation, and professional development.
